FCRS Cross Country Day

I took these photos on a very bright sunny day, about ten in the morning, early fall. It was a impromptu so I didn't have my monopod with me. It took me a while to figure out the shadows, but the parents and trainer of these girls were pleased with the photos. They were a pleasure to watch: competent riders on capable horses out to learn and have a good time.
