I've been atrociously busy but couldn't resist sharing this one. Summer means my garden. And watering my garden. Since I water my garden early in the morning, there's lots of time for playing with the hose in pajamas.

I've been atrociously busy but couldn't resist sharing this one. Summer means my garden. And watering my garden. Since I water my garden early in the morning, there's lots of time for playing with the hose in pajamas.
You Capture: Outside
My son's newest favorite is bubbles. It's his favorite word, his favorite thing to do, his favorite thing to throw a fit about.....It just never gets old. So at any given moment, you can count on the fact that he is standing by the door saying "out go bubbles".

You Capture Pink
Spring has lots of pink (which is a favorite color of mine), but lots of dark too. Which we've seen plenty of in wave after wave of severe weather. I'm pretty much over it.
But there are little glimpses of pink just waiting for the storms to pass
You Capture: Technology
This was a tough one for me. I don't think that product photography is in my future :)
These shots of my new desktop tower. My husband had it custom built. It sounds (and looks) like a spaceship preparing for take off when it starts up. But it is capable of handling any photo editing software, all my photos, and any other pursuits that I might want to try.
You Capture: Warmth
The current warm spell we're having started when we still had snow on the ground. I was taking pictures of my dogs playing in the snow and saw this little droplet. It just oozes the promise of spring for me.
You Capture Cold
I'll probably add some more pictures this afternoon since it is FREEZING here today.
When it's cold, I need a hearty soup like this dairy free, gluten free, vegetarian Butternut Squash Soup.
You Capture
The You Capture theme for this week is "Doorways". The doorway in this picture has more symbolic meaning that structural appeal. This is my son walking into the barn where I keep my horse. He loves being at the barn. It's his favorite place to be- the cats, the horses, the mud. He loves the brooms and the hay. I love that he loves something I am passionate about. He may outgrow it and move on to football or RC trucks or whatever, but I have moments like this.
